I am Yann Jouveneaux, interim CIO, specialized in stabilizing, aligning, and transforming organizations under pressure.

I step in when complexity increases, priorities become blurred, and teams need a clear framework to move forward.

I created the Holkyia brand to embody my way of operating: a human, structured, and demanding approach that gets organizations moving again. Even today, in a consulting capacity, I continue to use this brand to ensure continuity of identity, method, and values.

My role is simple: provide visibility, absorb pressure, realign teams, and secure operations, while preparing an organization capable of moving forward without me.

Interim CIO

I intervene to stabilize, realign, and transform organizations under stress:

  • NIS2 / ISO27001 cybersecurity to structure,

2023-2026

High-stakes missions

  • Lebronze Alloys (LBO, PE Astorg €25M): framing of an international digital transformation in the context of external growth and financial constraints.

  • ACI Groupe (fundraising €80M, IPO): definition of the IT strategy, structuring of the organization, launch of priority projects, NIS2/ISO27001 cybersecurity plan.

  • Finadorm (rapid external growth): complete audit, IT strategy, governance, roadmap, internal/external organization, cybersecurity plan, CIO recruitment.

  • Lidea Seeds (SAP, Russia/Ukraine context): remobilization of an international team, IT & digital strategy, management of a €11M budget.

  • Eurogerm (LBO, failed ERP): takeover of a critical project, team remobilization, successful restart, handover to the new CIO.

2003-2022

19 years of international IT management (Sakata Seeds EMEA)

  • Complete construction of the EMEA IS in a context of strong international growth.

  • ERP migration MS Dynamics Nav → Business Central (€1.7M).

  • JSOX deployment (Japanese internal control).

  • DPO: GDPR compliance in 2018.

  • Management of strategic projects (M&A, buildings, internationalization).

Before 2003

First years of IT management, CIO at only 25

  • CTO of an international high-growth group (OENEO).

  • IT Manager at Broström Tankers (MAERSK) at only 25 years old, member of the Executive Committee, complete construction of the IT system from scratch ('greenfield').
