I am Yann Jouveneaux, interim CIO, specialized in stabilizing, aligning, and transforming organizations under pressure.
I step in when complexity increases, priorities become blurred, and teams need a clear framework to move forward.
I created the Holkyia brand to embody my way of operating: a human, structured, and demanding approach that gets organizations moving again. Even today, in a consulting capacity, I continue to use this brand to ensure continuity of identity, method, and values.
My role is simple: provide visibility, absorb pressure, realign teams, and secure operations, while preparing an organization capable of moving forward without me.

Floréale (Agrial/Terrena merger): Interim assignment following the departure of the previous CIO, takeover of the D365 ERP project, development of a roadmap with quarterly governance, and handover to the incoming CIO.

Head of Information Systems and corporate projects across the EMEA region, managing a team of 15, within a group that grew from €20M to €120M in revenue — a sixfold increase.

EMEA ERP migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central (€1.7M). Deployment of Japanese internal control standards (JSOX). GDPR compliance in 2018 as Data Protection Officer. Leadership of strategic projects: external growth, infrastructure modernization, and international expansion.

1996 – 2003 — Early IT leadership roles

CTO at OENEO, an international wine-industry group, for three years: implementation of shared IT services following the merger of Sabate and Seguin Moreau, then steering IT during a period of significant financial contraction.

Prior to that, IT Manager at Broström Tankers (Maersk Group), member of the Executive Committee at age 25: design and full greenfield deployment of the information system for a fleet of 13 supertankers.
How I operate today
I started my interim management practice in January 2023 by setting up HOLKYIA (French company number 947910782). At the end of 2024 I chose to wind it up voluntarily and continue through an umbrella company, a simpler framework better suited to six-month assignments. This was a voluntary dissolution and members' voluntary liquidation, decided by the sole shareholder, completed on 31 December 2024, with removal from the Nîmes trade register on 27 October 2025. It was not an insolvency, a bankruptcy or a court-ordered liquidation: no court was involved and no liability was left outstanding.
The practice continues without interruption under the Holkyia name. I work through PORTAGE D'OC (French company number 799198841), part of the RH Solutions network and active since 2013. That company contracts with you, issues invoices, pays social contributions and holds professional indemnity insurance for my assignments. Your procurement team therefore receives the usual documentation (company registration extract, URSSAF compliance certificate, professional indemnity certificate, financial guarantee) and onboards an established supplier, with no exposure to the failure risk of a single-person entity.
